“Assets” means cryptocurrencies, digital assets, fiat currencies or any other assets.

“E-Gates” means UAB “E-Gates”, a company, established under the laws of Lithuania, having registered address at Žalgirio g. 88-101, 306155430 Vilnius, Lithuania.

“Operators’ Parties” means Operators, their affiliates as well as shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, advisors, contractors, successors, and assignees of the Operators or their affiliates.

““Operators” “we”, “us”, “our” ” means E-Gates and PassMe.

“PassMe” means UAB “Global verification platform PassMe”, a company, established under the laws of Lithuania, having a registration number 306311502 and registered address at Žalgirio g. 88-101, LT-09303, Vilnius, Lithuania.

“Platform” means the Website, mobile applications (iOS- and/or Android-compatible), if any, and any associated software and application programming interface (API).

“Services” means the Platform, KYC Services, associated software, and any services and products offered or provided by the Operators through or in relation to the Platform.

“Website” means the E-Gates website available at https://E-Gates.io, including any of its subdomains.
